Becoming Neighbours, in collaboration with the FCJ Refugee Centre (celebrating the bicentennial of the Faithful Companions of Jesus), and with The Mary Ward Centre, a ministry of the Loretto Sisters (IBVM), are pleased and privileged to welcome Sr. Norma Pimentel, MJ.
Sister Norma, executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville, Texas, has helped organize a local response to the 2014 surge of Central Americans seeking asylum in the United States.
